![]() In 2014, we became a first-mover, reorganizing as a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation (PBC), which is designed to enable for-profit businesses to produce tangible public benefits while operating in a responsible and sustainable manner. The firm continued its regional expansion with a second location in Alaska and a new office in Ann Arbor to provide greater accessibility to our clients and project sites throughout Michigan and the Great Lakes Region.ĮA finalized its first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report and pledged to develop annual CSR reports in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. ![]() In 2012, EA relocated three offices in Baltimore County to our new corporate headquarters, which is LEED Platinum certified, located at 225 Schilling Circle, Hunt Valley, Maryland. We won one of our largest contracts to date to provide program management support for the Guam Department of Transportation/Maritime Administration (MARAD) Commercial Port Improvement Program. The firm acquired Blumen Consulting Group, Inc., a Kirkland, Washington-based planning and environmental review firm. This decade saw EA continue to expand and reinforce its position as an established ESOP. Over time, EA diversified, adding more advanced scientific, engineering, and technology capabilities to keep pace with changing client needs, regulatory demands, and public concerns.
